ATHEIST ALLIANCE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPBe Part of Atheist Alliance InternationalAAI also has a role for individuals, through its Individual member program. AAI is an all-volunteer organization, and thus relies on individuals to accomplish its goals and mission. AAI offers a broad array of volunteer opportunities to local activists. In return, AAI provides challenges and opportunities for leadership to help individuals become the "noble citizen" espoused by Plato and Aristotle in developing character and becoming role models for their own local communities. Becoming an AAI individual member is just the beginning. AAI encourages our Individual members to challenge themselves by getting involved in AAI's operations, committees and projects. As an AAI member, you will receive regular invites for various volunteer opportunities with AAI. The opportunities range from small data-entry projects to management of major multi-year projects. Of course, members are free to accept or refuse any opportunity as they see fit. AAI also hosts a heritage education program to provide our members with the education and understanding of history and the liberal arts needed to make informed decisions in the world. Our education program teaches critical thinking, public speaking, secular ethics, and world philosophies and religions to create an excellent individual.
