Atheist Alliance International supports a number of activities for which it seeks funding, either for a specific program on an ongoing basis. These activities include the hosting of atheist/freethought conventions, educational programs, and projects through the AAI Foundation, to promote atheism, rational thought and evidence-based reasoning around the world. 

As AAI is an organisation run by volunteers through the internet, without the costs of office buildings or other common administrative expenses, you are assured that AAI's operational costs are kept to a minimum, so that nearly all of your donation goes directly to the project designated by you.  

AAI is a tax-exempt entity with 501(c)3 status in the United States, so donors with US taxable income may claim a tax deduction for their donation.  AAI reserves the right to ensure that all funds are spent in accordance with its exempt purpose under the US Internal Revenue Code.
