Atheist Alliance International is delighted to announce the appointment of Bridget Gaudette and Courtney Heard (Godless mom) as Interim Co-Executive Directors.
AAI is currently searching for a permanent Executive Director and the Board wished the role to be filled on an interim basis.
AAI President, Gail Miller, said,
“I’m so pleased Bridget and Courtney have taken on this role—the coordination and expertise they bring will ensure we can steam ahead, business as usual, during the ED recruitment process. They have both worked at AAI as volunteers. They’ve both done a fantastic job and have proven they can work together excellently.”
Bridget and Courtney said,
“We couldn’t be more pleased to be trusted at the helm of this wonderful organization. We are also delighted to be working with each other and look forward to putting our heads together to make the world a safer place for atheists and those negatively affected by dogmatic religious thinking.”
This Interim appointment will continue to the end of our recruitment process, which is expected to complete by February 28. We will make a further announcement at that time.
